A Day in Derby Retreat.
Including;
1 hour group yoga session with Jeanette in Derby Town Hall. Yoga mats, blankets and a heated space provided.
1 hour session in the famous Floating Sauna overlooking Lake Derby where you can plunge into the water.
15 minute Remedial massage session with Jeanette during your Sauna session on the deck.
30 min Relaxation, Meditation session in the hall.
Lunch is provided overlooking the river with a refreshing Gin from LittleRivers Brewery
