1 hour session in the famous Floating Sauna overlooking Lake Derby where you can plunge into the water. 10/15 minute Remedial massage session with Jeanette during your Sauna session.

1 hour Mediatation, Yin Yoga with Alicia. Yoga mats are provided.

Will we start our day at 11am inside the Derby Hall. A full program of the day will be issued to you before the retreat.
