Exchange Policy

We always want you to be happy with your purchases. We understand that sometimes with online shopping you may want to exchange an item as you realise it is not the correct size. If this should ever occur, please send us an enquiry via our Contact Us page. We are always happy to help as long as the following requirements are met:

  • The items being exchanged have not been worn or damaged.
  • All original tags remain on the items.
  • If you are not a direct customer from our website, proof of purchase must be supplied.
  • Exchange items must be returned to the below address along with a self addressed post bag (pre-paid) for us to return the new item(s). All postage costs associated with the exchange process must be paid by the customer.
